All quotes are fixed prices agreed before work begins. Payment is due on completion by card, cash or bank transfer.

All parts and labour carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defect and workmanship issues. Wear and tear, misuse and damage caused by third parties are not covered.

Non-destructive entry is always our first approach. Where a lock must be drilled or otherwise damaged we will inform you and obtain consent before doing so.

We carry £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability insurance. Certificates supplied on request.
