BS3621 is the British Standard for thief-resistant mortice locks and the specification almost every UK home insurer requires on external timber doors. We supply and fit BS3621 5-lever mortice deadlocks and sashlocks from Union, ERA, Yale, Chubb and Mul-T-Lock — all Kitemarked, all insurance-approved, all fitted with a 12-month parts and labour guarantee. If your existing lock isn't BS3621 stamped, your insurance claim could be refused after a burglary; we'll tell you on the call whether you're compliant or not.
