About this service
Forgotten combination, dead battery, jammed bolt work or an inherited safe with no key? Our safe engineers open, service and relocate domestic and commercial safes across West London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Wherever possible we open non-destructively by manipulation or override so the safe stays usable, and we reset the combination, replace the lock and supply new keys before we leave.

Our process
Identify the safe
Photos of the make, model and lock type tell us whether it can be manipulated or must be drilled.
Attend with the right kit
Engineer arrives with scopes, override tools and, if needed, drilling rigs and repair plates.
Open the safe
Non-destructive first; controlled drilling only with your consent and a repair plan agreed.
Restore and reset
New lock or battery pack fitted, combination reset to your choice, and the safe left fully usable.
