Where we cover

We provide commercial locksmith across West London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, including:

Commercial locksmith services we provide

Master-key and restricted-key systems for offices, schools, healthcare premises and HMO landlords. Access control systems — fob, card, mobile credential and biometric — supplied, installed and maintained, including Paxton Net2, Salto KS / Neo, ASSA Abloy Aperio and Suprema. DDA-compliant panic bars and emergency exit hardware. Fire-rated locks and door closers to BS EN 1154 and BS EN 12209. Anti-ligature hardware for healthcare and education environments. Safe opening, combination changes and key extraction on all major brands including Chubb, Burg-Wächter, Phoenix, Yale, Securikey and Hayman.

We design new commercial security from a blank sheet — for example a new office fit-out where every door, every access route and every escape path is specified for insurance, fire and DDA compliance — or take over the maintenance of an existing system from a previous contractor. Either way we audit, document and warranty everything we touch.

Master-key suites — one key for the boss, one for the cleaner

A master-key suite is a hierarchical system where each user has a key that opens only the doors they are permitted to access, and a master key (or two-tier master and grand-master) opens everything. Designed properly, a master suite reduces a 30-door office from 30 separate keys per manager to a single key, and gives the cleaner one key that opens only the rooms they need to clean — no more, no less.

We design master suites on restricted-profile cylinders (ABS, Mul-T-Lock, EVVA, Ingersoll Impressions) so spare keys can only be cut by us, against a registered security card. The audit trail of who has been issued which key is documented in writing. Lost keys can be cancelled out of the suite by re-pinning the affected cylinders without replacing the entire system.

Access control — fobs, cards, mobile credentials and biometrics

For larger sites or sites with frequent staff turnover, electronic access control is more practical than mechanical keys. Lost fobs can be cancelled in seconds; new staff are issued credentials in minutes; the audit log tells you exactly who entered which door at what time. We supply and install Paxton Net2 (mid-market workhorse), Salto KS / Neo (cloud-managed, particularly good for multi-site), ASSA Abloy Aperio (wireless retrofit to existing doors) and Suprema (biometric).

Mobile credential systems use the staff member's smartphone as the key, removing the need to issue and recover physical fobs entirely. For visitor-heavy sites we add visitor management — temporary QR-code passes that expire automatically. Every system we install is documented with as-built drawings, admin training and a maintenance contract option.

Panic bars, emergency exits and fire-rated locks

Every commercial premises must have panic and emergency exit hardware on its designated escape routes, certified to BS EN 1125 (panic, for public-facing premises) or BS EN 179 (emergency, for staff-only routes). We supply and install Briton, Exidor, Union, Yale, Adams Rite and Dorma panic bars and exit devices to the correct standard for your premises type.

Fire-rated locks and door closers maintain the integrity of fire compartmentation when correctly installed. We install BS EN 12209 / 1634-1 certified hardware on fire doors, certified door closers to BS EN 1154, and intumescent seals where required. Annual fire-door inspections are available as part of a maintenance contract — particularly important for HMOs, care homes, schools and any premises subject to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Out-of-hours emergency response with guaranteed SLAs

For contracted commercial clients we offer guaranteed-response SLAs — typically a 2-hour or 4-hour attendance commitment for emergency call-outs, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is the difference between a chain restaurant being able to open for breakfast service after an overnight burglary and being closed all day waiting for a locksmith.

Standard maintenance contracts include 6-monthly or 12-monthly preventative servicing of every commercial door (alignment, hinges, closers, electric strikes, panic hardware), priority response on emergency call-outs at standard rates, free security advice and annual fire-door checks. Contract pricing is fixed annually and tailored to the number of doors and the criticality of the site.

Industries we serve regularly

Hospitality: pubs, restaurants, cafes and hotels across Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Reading and Oxford. Out-of-hours response so you can open the following morning. Retail: independent shops, chain stores, salons and convenience stores. Shutter locks, panic bars, anti-snap cylinder upgrades, safe opening. Offices: serviced offices, head offices, professional services, financial firms. Master-key suites, access control, panic bars, safe opening.

Education: schools, colleges, nurseries, training centres. Anti-ligature hardware, panic bars, safeguarding-compliant access control, BS EN 1125 emergency exits. Healthcare: GP surgeries, dental practices, private clinics. Anti-ligature hardware where appropriate, access control, controlled drugs cabinet specification. Industrial: warehouses, light industrial units, self-storage, depots. Roller shutter locks, perimeter security, key holding, alarm-response call-out.

Insurance, compliance and certification

£5m public liability and £10m employer's liability insurance as standard, with certificates supplied on request. All hardware specified to the British Standards required by your insurer and your premises type. Fire-door work documented for your Responsible Person under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. DDA-compliant hardware where public access requires it.

All work is supplied with a written 12-month guarantee on parts and labour, with manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years on premium hardware (e.g. Briton door closers, ASSA Abloy electronic access). Itemised, VAT-receipted invoicing as standard. 30-day invoicing available for established contracted accounts.
