Service & Payment Terms
Labour-Based Pricing (Like Uber)
All our services are provided on a labour-based model, similar to rideshare platforms like Uber. That means you are paying for the locksmith’s time, skill, and travel to your location—not just the solution. Prices may vary depending on time, location, and complexity of the job.
Agreement Before Work Begins
Before starting any job, we clearly inform the customer of the estimated cost. By accepting the service, you are agreeing to the price quoted. Once the work is complete, full payment is required on the spot using your preferred method: cash, card, bank transfer, or secure payment link.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If a locksmith has been dispatched and you cancel after arrival or are not present, a call-out fee may still apply to cover time and travel.
Your Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the property at the agreed time and to confirm pricing and payment at the start of service.
